Faculty Development Committee Survey

 

The Faculty Development Committee (FDC) invited input regarding the types of opportunities that respondents felt would most benefit and enrich the HDFS department during the 2008-2009 academic year.  Using Survey Gizmo, the committee administered an on-line questionnaire to faculty and graduate students during the period of September 30 - October 7, 2008. Respondents evaluated each item on a scale from 1 (minimally enriching) to 5 (highly enriching). The item categories were: Format, Topic, Presenter, Participants, and Schedule. The compiled results (descriptives and frequencies) for each item within these categories are presented in four tables:
