Responsibilities

I was required to go through 10 weeks of insurance training to be sure I knew how to handle insurance policies. I assisted members and agents in maintaining policy information. I also made changes to insurance policies and had to research company/state guidelines using our internal database.

Accomplishments

My greatest accomplishment would be our assessments. We did 8 assessments and I was able to get a perfect score on all of the assessments which they told me had never been done before.

What advice would you give?

I used to very shy but after being in this environment I became a lot more outgoing. Don't be afraid to talk to the people around you and learn from what they tell you. Also don't let feedback be intimidating, it is only meant to help you grow.
