I helped develop and implement an employability skills curriculum, lined up employer visits, and helped students explore their career interests.

Accomplishments

My greatest accomplishment during the internship experience was putting together the employability skills curriculum.

Learning experience

The best lesson I learned was "lead with relationships." I have found that if you have a positive and understanding relationship with the individuals you are working with, they are more likely to ask for help when they need it, and you can better support their needs.

What advice would you give?

My advice would be to take advantage of opportunities and experiences that relate to your future profession.
