Responsibilities

•Led evidence-based therapy groups with a focus on addiction recovery. •Supervised clients throughout daily routines. •Completed observation notes with the use of Vision works. •Planned and implemented activities for the Music, Arts, and Performance Group.

Accomplishments

The greatest accomplishments that I have completed in my internship experience are the individual accomplishments that I have shared with the clients. These youth are placed into this program for substance abuse treatment. Seeing these clients become sober, and realize that they can follow their dreams. That is the biggest accomplishment for each of the clients and is the greatest accomplishment that I have experienced.

When considering your internship experience possibilities, be sure to choose the option that you have the most passion for.
