Responsibilities

Observing counselors' interactions and meetings with students along with staff. Attending weekly staff meetings, helping with class schedules for the 2020-2021 school year, assisting with first College and Career Fair, and helping to prepare for Family Engagement night.

Accomplishments

Making meaningful connections with students and staff leading to connections within the community.

Learning experience

To really lean on others for support and advice rather than flying solo, especially when working in the Human Service Field.

What advice would you give?

Find your passion in life and go for it. Life is way too short to be unhappy and not doing something you love each day!
