Responsibilities

I would help prepare breakfast, lunch and snack for the children. I would help put the children down for nap time. As for the rest of the day I would interact and play with the children, and oversee what the children were doing as an assistant teacher.

Accomplishments

Watching how the children have grown over the semester. I formed special bonds with some of the children and so it was great to see some of them really thrive.

What advice would you give?

Sometimes things do not always turn out the way you plan so keep an mind open and know that everything will be okay and work out for the best. Also when things do go wrong or you have questions always reach out to your internship coordinator right away.
