Responsibilities

I provided care for children with a wide variety of needs. I also shadowed therapists and learned more about how to advocate for children. I also learned about all of the different inpatient and outpatient services Childserve offers to children and families in the community.

Accomplishments

I gained confidence and learned more about challenging behaviors and how to handle them better.

Learning experience

Every child is different, and communicating with parents is so important. I also learned how important it is to work as a team with my coworkers.
